How do I sync my smart lights with my music or games?
Nanoleaf lights feature built-in Rhythm modules and Screen Mirror technology. Simply enable the Rhythm mode in the Nanoleaf App to watch your lights react to sound in real-time, or use the Desktop App to sync your panels with your monitor's display.
What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and priority shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping is free on all orders over $100. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Are Nanoleaf products compatible with my smart home ecosystem?
Yes, our products are designed to be universally compatible. They work seamlessly with Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings, and are Matter-compatible for future-proof connectivity.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
Do my Nanoleaf panels require a dedicated hub?
Most of our newer products, including the Shapes and Elements lines, act as their own Thread Border Routers and do not require an external hub. They connect directly to your home Wi-Fi network.
