At Nanoleaf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lighting experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Electronics

  Carefully pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all panels, controllers, and power supplies are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
